Since 2015, our house-rolled Rip Coyles have been the Outer Banks’ favorite pre-slice snack: crispy, garlicky swirls of pizza dough with melty centers, served Cheesy, Pepperoni, or Spinach with marinara for dipping. Simple, handmade, and dangerously shareable.
Grab a basket for the table, add a side of sauce, and watch them disappear. It’s the bite locals tell their beach visitors about, and the snack our crew “tests” every single shift. One taste and you’ll know why we’re rippin’ it since 2015.
